Our Team

Without our passionate, dedicated team, we would not be the highly respected Gourmet Restaurant we are today. Each team member puts love and care into what they do, from serving guests, to curating the wine list, to crafting beautiful dishes.

The head chef is one of the foremost culinary talents to come to the Palm Beach area. Having previously worked at a number of prominent restaurants where he has developed his unique style and creative flair.

France is widely believed to be the birthplace of contemporary cuisine, and throughout the last two decades, our chef has taken haute cuisine to the next level, delivering the authentic French culinary experience that La Goulue is known for.
